Detectives revisit 2019 home invasion killing of aspiring rapper Drevon Williams

BALTIMORE COUNTY (WBFF) — Baltimore County homicide detectives are renewing their search for answers in a deadly home invasion from 2019.

On Aug. 12, 2019, 28-year-old Drevon Williams, an aspiring rapper, was shot and killed following a home invasion in the 5600 block of Shelbourne Road.

Officers found Williams on his bedroom floor suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body.

Williams was home with his girlfriend and two children at the time of the shooting.

Detectives later uncovered a motion-activated camera inside the home, which captured footage of the individuals involved.

Investigators hope someone who sees it will come forward.
