BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A former Harford County EMT was indicted in connection with child sex crimes, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Maryland announced Thursday.
32-year-old Jurel Daquone Leo Bowman, of Lusby, was charged by a federal grand jury with producing child sexual abuse material (CSAM), coercion and enticement of a minor to engage in criminal sexual activity, receipt of CSAM, and possession of CSAM.
The Maryland man previously served as a Harford County emergency medical technician, according to the attorney’s office.
According to the indictment, Bowman sexually exploited minors using his cellphone and a social media app between August 2022 and April 2026.

Bowman allegedly paid hundreds of dollars for sexually explicit pictures and videos of the children.
Additionally, Bowman allegedly tried to coerce children to meet in person and have sex with him for money.
Authorities said he did this repeatedly.
