PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. (7News) — A 20-year-old man from Virginia faces charges after an illegal car rally in Prince George’s County.
Police said they arrested Diego Emmanuel Guerra of Woodbridge on Friday.

Officers said they responded to the car rally in the 14400 block of Cherry Lane near Laurel around 11:30 p.m. About 100 vehicles were taking part and took off once officers arrived.
Police said they managed to stop Guerra. During the stop, investigators said they found a gun inside the car, which had been reported stolen out of Texas.

Guerra faces several charges, including being in possession of a loaded handgun and being in possession of a stolen firearm.
