
BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A 41-year-old man and a 16-year-old were shot after a fight took place inside a local grocery store in southwest Baltimore on Wednesday, police confirmed.
Officers responded to the 200 block of N. Hilton Street around 10:47 a.m. on Sept. 2 for a reported shooting.
Once there, police said they found a 41-year-old man with a gunshot wound, and officers rendered aid to the man before an ambulance transported him to a nearby hospital.
Police also found a 16-year-old boy nearby who had been shot in the arm. The 16-year-old was also taken to a hospital.
According to the initial investigation, the two individuals were involved in a fight inside a business near N. Hilton Street and N. Kossuth Street before both were shot.
Police said the 16-year-old left the area but was quickly found by authorities.
While officers canvassed the area, officials said they recovered a weapon.
