Brown has also worked to address wage theft, stand up for consumers and workers, fight for reproductive rights and take legal action to protect Marylanders on a wide range of issues.
Before becoming attorney general, Brown represented Maryland’s 4 Congressional District in the U.S. House from 2017 to 2023, served as the state’s lieutenant governor from 2007 to 2015 and was a member of the Maryland House of Delegates from 1999 to 2007.
