BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A man riding a moped was killed after a car struck him in South Baltimore early Sunday morning.
According to police, officers responded on June 21 at about 3:30 a.m. to the 500 block of Martin Luther King Boulevard for a report of a serious pedestrian-involved vehicle crash.
Police said that an unidentified man riding a moped was hit by a 2014 Nissan Altima after the moped driver crossed in front of the Nissan.
The moped driver was taken to a local hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
Police said the driver of the Nissan remained at the scene.
