BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A crash involving four vehicles and a fuel spill has shut down the northbound lanes of I-95 near the Eastern Ave. exit in Baltimore on Wednesday afternoon.
Drivers should expect delays into rush hour due to cleanup, according to MDTA.
One of two northbound shoulders are closed as well, the MDOT website shows.
First responders are on scene.
