Homicide detectives opened an investigation into a fatal shooting on Wednesday night.
The deadly gunfire happened in the 1800 block of Durham Street.
That’s where police found a person suffering from gunshot wounds.
The person did not survive their injuries. Officers placed a white sheet over their body.
Investigators placed several orange cones near the gunshot victim’s body to keep track of evidence on the ground.
