BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Two 40-year-old men were shot Monday night in West Baltimore’s Upton neighborhood, and police said investigators believe both shootings happened on the same block.
Baltimore Police said officers responded Aug. 24 at about 10:08 p.m. to the area of Pennsylvania Avenue and Laurens Street for a report of a shooting.
There, officers found a 40-year-old man suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. He was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Several hours later, on Aug. 25 at about 4:23 a.m., police responded to a home in the 3600 block of Park Heights Avenue for a report of a shooting victim.

Officers found another 40-year-old man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Medics took him to a local hospital with a non-life-threatening injury.
Police said a preliminary investigation revealed both men were shot while in the 700 block of Laurens Street.
