BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Baltimore Police Department’s Homicide detectives are looking for the public’s help in identifying suspects involved in a deadly shooting from October 2025.
On October 20 around 10:30 p.m., officers responded to the 1000 block of Cameron Road for a reported shooting.
Upon arrival, police found a man and a woman suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Medics responded to the scene and transported the man to an area hospital, where he later died.
Authorities said the woman was also taken to an area hospital.
Police say the suspects captured on video are connected to the shooting, which resulted in the death of 35-year-old Stephen Phillips and left a 31-year-old woman injured.
