BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD (WBFF) — Baltimore County police are asking for the public’s help to find a 67-year-old Pikesville man who has been missing since April 28th.
The Baltimore County Police Department said a Purple Alert has been issued for Joseph Essien due to concerns for his well-being.
Police described Essien as 5 feet 7 inches tall and about 160 pounds.
He was last seen April 28, 2026, in the Pikesville area, police said.
