EDGEMERE, Md. (WBFF) — A 50-year-old Reisterstown woman was killed late Friday night in a head-on crash in Baltimore County, according to police.
Baltimore County police said the fatal vehicle collision happened Saturday, Sept. 5, at about 10:11 p.m. at the intersection of North Point Road and Shaws Road.
On scene, officers found the driver of a Ford F-250 and the driver of a Lexus TX500b, identified as Halina Tsishchanka, 50, of Reisterstown.
Paramedics pronounced Tsishchanka dead at the scene.
Police said a preliminary investigation determined the driver of the F-250 collided head-on with the Lexus after crossing double yellow center lines at a high rate of speed.
