SUN: 12 people in van were trapped during 3-vehicle collision on I-695 Sunday morning

BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. (WBFF) — A three-vehicle collision on I-695 Sunday morning was declared a mass casualty event after 12 people were trapped in a van, Baltimore County Fire officials said.

Police confirmed that the crash occurred on I-695 between Security Boulevard and I-70 around 8:08 a.m. and that one vehicle was on its side.
