BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD (WBFF) — The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration is repairing sections of concrete pavement along Interstate 795 southbound in Baltimore County beginning Monday, June 1.
The repair work is scheduled to continue on the Northwest Expressway through late June, weather permitting.
Beginning as soon as 9 a.m. on June 1, contractor crews will repair and patch concrete pavement where needed on I-795 between Owings Mills Boulevard and I-695 (Baltimore Beltway).
Crews will work on weekdays between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Monday’s through Friday’s with single lane and double lane closures in effect.
Contractor crews will use temporary traffic signs and cones to control traffic through the work zone.
Drivers are urged to remain alert and avoid distractions when traveling through the area, and to obey all posted speed limits.
