
An Annapolis man was charged this week with felony manufacturing and possession of destructive devices following an investigation into illegal nighttime hunting, according to the Maryland Department of Natural Resources Police.
Lee Scott Wygal Ralston, 37, was charged on Tuesday with 32 felony counts of manufacturing a destructive device and 32 felony counts of possession of a destructive device by fire investigators. Additional criminal and natural resources charges are pending as the investigation continues, according to a social media post.
