A Brooklyn man was arrested and charged with first-degree murder Sunday after allegedly killing his neighbor and injuring the neighbor’s son over the weekend.

Court records show Rodney Hall, 62, is being held without bond, pending a bail review Monday morning, and faces the possibility of two life sentences in prison.

Hall, who police said confessed to Saturday’s shooting after a year of “verbal and physical altercations” with the neighbors, did not have an attorney listed as representing him before the bail hearing.

According to charging documents, on Saturday, Baltimore Police officers responded to the 800 block of Bridgeview Road shortly after 10:30 a.m. following reports of a shooting.
