BALTIMORE (WBFF) — One person was hospitalized after an early morning shooting in Baltimore’s Brooklyn neighborhood on the Fourth of July, according to police.
Around 3:14 a.m., police responded to a report of a shooting in the 500 block of Freeman Street in south Baltimore.
Once there, police said they found an unidentified male suffering from apparent life-threatening gunshot wounds.
Medics responded to the scene and transported the victim to a nearby hospital.
Police reported that due to the victim’s condition, homicide detectives were notified.
