
MILTON, NY (WRGB) — A Milton woman faces multiple charges after a traffic stop on Greenfield Avenue in Milton Wednesday.
The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop Wednesday at 2:20 p.m., after an automatic license plate recognition camera alerted them that the registered owner was wanted.

Investigation into the stop led to the arrest of Cassandra L. Lynch, 38, for operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree (unclassified misdemeanors), criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree (class A misdemeanor), unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and illegal signal (infractions).

Lynch is accused of operating a motor vehicle while her ability to do so was impaired by the use of a drug, operating a motor vehicle while her license to do so was suspended or revoked, knowingly and unlawfully possessing a controlled substance and failing to signal an intention to turn for at least the last 100 feet before doing so.
She was released on appearance tickets pending proceedings in the Milton Town Court and turned over to the New York State Police on their warrant.
