WHITE OAK, Md. (7News) — A boy was seriously injured during a stabbing Thursday in White Oak, Maryland, according to the Montgomery County Police Department.

Officers responded to the 11100 block of New Hampshire Avenue around 2:40 p.m., where they discovered the victim. He was rushed to a nearby hospital.
Investigators have not yet released a description of the suspect or a motive for the attack.
