Police began investigating a shooting in Baltimore’s Park Circle neighborhood on Thursday morning.
Officers found the gunshot victim near the intersection of Ulman Avenue and Park Heights Avenue.

Forensics investigators focused on a white car parked next to a small, dark park.
They placed about a dozen yellow evidence markers on the ground next to the car.
Soon after, homicide detectives took over the investigation.
