Police said a 15-year-old boy had been driving the car when officers found it.
They arrested the boy and took him to the Baltimore City Juvenile Justice Center to be charged for the crime, according to authorities.
The second carjacking happened in the 4300 block of Eldone Road.
That’s where officers were sent to investigate a report of a carjacking around 8:10 a.m.
Once there, they found a 28-year-old man who had been injured after he was thrown from his vehicle, according to Baltimore Police Department spokesman Donny Moses.

The man told investigators that he had been sitting in his 2008 Honda Accord when three people approached him and told him to get out of the car.
Moses said the man did as he was instructed. He watched the suspects get into his car, and then he jumped on top of the hood when they began to drive away.
The suspects were able to shake the man off of the car. He sustained minor injuries, according to authorities.
Investigators issued a “be on the lookout” advisement for a group of juveniles following the carjacking.
