Baltimore: Woman assaulted by juvenile thugs as they tried to rob her speaks out

(WBFF) — A woman in the Otterbein neighborhood found herself the victim of an attempted robbery after encountering a group of teenagers wearing ski masks and dark clothing.
The incident occurred as she was parking her car, and her suspicions were immediately raised when the group looked directly at her vehicle.
