BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. — A three-vehicle crash on Interstate 695’s outer loop near the Cromwell Bridge has closed a lane and the shoulder in Baltimore County this Thursday morning.
The Maryland State Highway Administration listed the collision on the I-695 outer loop at Exit 17, MD 122 (Security Boulevard), at mile marker 13.5.

Officials said three vehicles were involved.
On the outer loop, one of four traffic lanes was closed, and the shoulder was closed.
