BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD (WBFF) — A Reisterstown soccer coach accused of sexually abusing and exploiting two boys was indicted this week on six additional felony counts of sexual abuse of a minor, adding new charges to the case that led to his arrest last month.
Roberto Carlos Huezo Garcia, 30, was arrested Aug. 12 after a Baltimore County Police investigation into allegations that he engaged in sexual misconduct with boys between the ages of 10 and 15. He has remained held without bond since his arrest, according to court records.
The new indictment, filed Monday in Baltimore County Circuit Court, charges Garcia with six additional counts of sexual abuse of a minor involving two victims. It also includes charges of sexual solicitation of a minor, attempted third-degree sex offense, displaying obscene material to a minor and indecent exposure to a minor.
No attorney was listed in court files for Garcia in the new case, and a message left with his attorney in the first set of charges was not returned by deadline.
