Crews respond to partial building collapse in Glen Burnie

GLEN BURNIE (WBFF) — Crews are on the scene of a partial building collapse in Glen Burnie.

According to the Anne Arundel County Fire Department, fire crews responded to a partial collapse at Empire Towers in the 7300 block of Ritchie Highway around 2:30 p.m. on July 9.

Fire Captain Jenny Macallair said that all occupants of the building have been evacuated and no injuries have been reported at this time, but crews remain on scene and are working to secure the area.
