MARYLAND (WBFF) — Republican gubernatorial candidate Ed Hale has secured endorsements from three Republican senators.
Sitting State Senators Jack Bailey, J.B. Jennings, and Johnny Ray Salling endorsed Hale for Maryland’s next governor.
I am honored to have the support of Senator Bailey, Senator Jennings, and Senator Salling,” said Hale. “These are respected leaders who understand the challenges facing Maryland families and businesses. I look forward to working alongside them to bring common-sense, pragmatic solutions back to Annapolis.
With the close of the legislative session, Hale emphasized the importance of building a coalition focused on economic growth, fiscal responsibility, and reducing the cost of living for Marylanders.
“The people of Maryland are ready for leadership that prioritizes results over politics,” Hale added. “Together with Republican legislators, we will work to restore balance, accountability, and opportunity in our state government.” The Hale campaign indicated that additional endorsements from Republican leaders and elected officials will be announced in the coming weeks.
The 2026 Gubernatorial Primary Election is set for June 23.
