Drivers who use southbound Falls Road in Baltimore should plan for delays starting Tuesday, May 5, 2026, as the city begins repair work that will require a lane closure.
The Baltimore City Department of Transportation said a single lane closure will be implemented along southbound Falls Road between Smith and Kelly avenues starting at approximately 7 a.m. The closure is expected to remain in effect for about two weeks while repairs are completed.
Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes to avoid possible delays.
