Man detained following police pursuit through South Baltimore

Officers detained at least one person following a police pursuit that ended in South Baltimore on Wednesday.

The pursuit ended in the 1600 block of South Monroe Street.

That’s where roughly a dozen patrol cars parked around a damaged white truck.

The truck had crashed into the back of a patrol vehicle. It appeared to have several bullet holes in the driver’s side door.

Polce sought medical attention for the man. Medics arrived at the crash site and rolled him away on a gurney.
