ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, Md. (WBFF) — A Baltimore man is facing attempted murder and gun charges after Maryland State Police said he fired at another driver during an alleged road rage incident on I-695 in Anne Arundel County.
Brandon Allison, 40, of Baltimore, was arrested and charged with attempted second-degree murder, having a loaded handgun in a vehicle and other related charges.
According to police, Troopers from the Maryland State Police Glen Burnie Barrack responded at about 2:04 p.m. Wednesday to the Outer Loop of I-695 just before Maryland 295 for a report of a shooting.
Officials said the preliminary investigation indicates Allison, driving a Chrysler Pacifica, fired a shot at a Honda Accord, striking the rear driver-side window. Police said the sole occupant of the Honda was not injured.

Investigators with the Highway Gun Crimes Initiative and officers with the Anne Arundel County Police Department later located the Chrysler at a warehouse off Brandon Woods Boulevard, where Allison was taken into custody without incident, police said.
A court-authorized search of the vehicle led to the seizure of a loaded .40-caliber handgun, according to state police.
Allison is now being held without bond at the Jennifer Road Detention Center.
The Highway Gun Crimes Initiative is leading the ongoing investigation.
