
BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Baltimore City officials are alerting drivers to upcoming weekend road closures due to Baltimore Orioles’ games, Remfest 2026 among other events.
Drivers are encouraged to download the Waze.com app for live detour navigation.

All events are weather permitting, officials said.
Baltimore Orioles Home Games
The following road and lane closures will go into effect on Friday, May 8 starting at 4 p.m., Saturday, May 9 beginning at 4 p.m. and Sunday, May 10 starting at 10:30 a.m.:
Lane and Ramp Closures Along the Southbound Jones Falls Expressway
On Saturday, the following lane and road closures will go into effect along the southbound Jones Falls Expressway/I-83 from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. for graffiti removal:
Drivers should remain alert for changing traffic patterns and are encouraged to seek alternate routes, city officials said.

On Saturday, the following streets will be closed from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. in Remington with detours and parking restrictions in effect:

On Saturday, the following streets will be closed from 7:30 a.m. to noon in Hampden with detours and parking restrictions in effect:
The race starts and ends at Hampden Elementary Middle School and kicks off at 8:30 a.m.
Temporary traffic stops may be put in place during the race for the safety of participants, according to officials.
