BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Baltimore police issued a dispersal order in Fells Point late Saturday night after what they described as an unlawful assembly.
According to police, more than 1,000 young people were in the area of Thames St and S Broadway, right by the Fells Point Broadway Pier and Fells Point Farmers Market.
