A Baltimore County paramedic accused of filming himself masturbating into his coworkers’ food and on public property pleaded guilty Friday to three counts of causing another person to ingest bodily fluid.

Sentencing is scheduled for Oct. 13. As part of a plea agreement, prosecutors are recommending that Carroll receive a 30-year sentence with all but 20 years suspended and five years of probation.

In February, Christopher Carroll, 36, was charged with 20 counts of causing another person to ingest bodily fluid and three counts of malicious destruction of property. The charges were preceded by a months-long investigation of alleged misconduct by Carroll.

During the plea hearing Friday, Baltimore County Assistant State’s Attorney Logan Frye described three videos that he said show Carroll urinating and ejaculating on county property without his coworkers’ consent.
