A Baltimore corporate attorney was found guilty of indecent assault and harassment in Pennsylvania after forcing an Amtrak attendant’s hand to rub his genitals in 2024.

Court records show that a Philadelphia jury convicted Isaac M. Neuberger, 79, on the two charges after a two-day trial last week.

Neuberger, a Pikesville resident and founding member of the Neuberger, Quinn, Gielen, Rubin and Gibber, P.A. firm in Baltimore, is scheduled to be sentenced in early September.

The attorney is currently out on bail pending that sentencing, prosecutors said. Messages left on his publicly listed email address and phone number since his June 18 conviction were not returned.
