
Millersville (WBFF) — An elderly man was run over after being thrown from his motorcycle on Wednesday afternoon in Millersville, according to the Anne Arundel County Police Department.
On June 24, around 3:07 p.m., officers responded to northbound Veterans Highway, just north of Brightview Road, for a two-vehicle collision.
Upon arrival, police learned that a Yamaha motorcycle was driving northbound on Veterans Highway when the driver attempted to change lanes across uneven pavement.
The driver lost control, was thrown from the bike, and fell into the path of a Chevrolet Colorado.

The driver of the Chevrolet has been identified as a 29-year-old man from Columbia, Maryland.
The motorcyclist, identified as 70-year-old Charles Braun, of Millersville, was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries.
Braun was later pronounced dead, according to police.
