TOWSON, Md. (WBFF) — Towson Town Center is implementing a new 4 p.m. youth curfew.
The curfew, which takes effect Thursday, requires minors to be accompanied by a parent or adult 21 or older after 4 p.m., according to the mall’s website.
The rule comes as teen meetups coordinated on social media have led to disturbances and arrests in Baltimore City and Baltimore County. Multiple youths were arrested at White Marsh Mall in Baltimore County in March after a preplanned meetup.
In response to such gatherings, Baltimore County Police urged parents on Saturday to stay vigilant about their children’s whereabouts.
