MARYLAND (WBFF) — The Maryland State Highway Administration announced unexpected roadwork on I-95 in Howard County that may lead to significant traffic delays.
The roadwork resulted in the closure of three lanes on northbound I-95, leading to MD 32.
These lane closures are expected to continue overnight.
