
PRINCE GEORGE COUNTY, Md. (7News) — New surveillance video shows masked thieves smashing glass display cases, stuffing merchandise into bags, and running in and out of a Bowie business during an overnight break-in.
Bowie police said the break-in happened early morning on June 28 in the 15400 block of Emerald Way.

The video appears to show three people wearing light colored hoodies and face masks running in and out of the store, taking items.

The video begins with one thief smashing a glass display case with a hammer, filling his pockets with merchandise. Two others follow, reaching into display cases and filling bags with more items. Near the end of the video, one of the thieves even brings in a hamper, loading more goods into it.
Police are asking anyone who recognizes the thieves to call 240-544-5700.
