UNION BRIDGE, Md. (WBFF) — An accidental house fire in Carroll County on Saturday evening caused about $150,000 worth of damage, according to the Maryland State Fire Marshal.
Shortly before 7 p.m. on July 4, crews with the Union Bridge Fire Company were called to a single-family house located at 102 N. Main Street in Union Bridge for a reported dwelling fire.

It took 25 firefighters to get the blaze under control in 30 minutes, officials said.
There were no reported injuries.

The preliminary cause of the fire is accidental as it relates to a floor model air conditioner, according to fire officials.
