
BALTIMORE (WBFF) — BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport is adding a new airline, Breeze Airways, this fall, offering nonstop service to destinations in Vermont and Florida.
Breeze Airways announced it will begin service at BWI in October, introducing new nonstop flights to Burlington, Vermont, and Vero Beach, Florida. The airline will be a new carrier at BWI Marshall, offering additional travel options as the airport continues to expand its list of destinations.
“We are excited to welcome Breeze Airways to our market and to celebrate the addition of these two new routes,” said Shannetta Griffin, executive director and CEO of BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport. “The new service will boost tourism and economic development while providing our passengers with convenient access to attractive destinations.”
Breeze’s round-trip service to Vero Beach is scheduled to begin Oct. 1. Round-trip service to Burlington will launch Oct. 4. Both routes will operate three times per week on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday.
