BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A 38-year-old woman was killed, and a 27-year-old man was injured in a shooting late Monday in north Baltimore near the area of Notre Dame of Maryland University.
Officers responded to the 5200 block of York Road on June 23 at about 10:49 p.m. for a report of a shooting.
Police said they found a 38-year-old woman and a 27-year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds.
Both victims were taken to local hospitals, where the woman was pronounced dead a short time later, police said.

The man is expected to survive his injuries.
