BALTIMORE (WBFF) — The Domino Sugar Baltimore Refinery lit its iconic “Domino Sugars” sign in red and blue to commemorate America’s 250th anniversary on Thursday night.
The landmark sign was turned off and instead illuminated with high-powered red and blue LED lights, to stay through July 5.
“As part of the American story for more than 100 years, Domino Sugar is proud to light up our sign in red and blue as we mark America’s milestone anniversary,” said Tiffany Mathador, Vice President and General Manager of the Baltimore Refinery.
The facility employs 600 people, and its beloved sign marks its 75th anniversary this year.
