Howard County Police investigate fatal Glenelg crash

GLENELG Md. (WBFF) — Howard County Police are investigating a fatal single-vehicle crash in Glenelg Wednesday afternoon.

Shortly after 1 p.m. on Sept. 2, a 2017 Subaru Forester was driving westbound on Dorsey Mill Road near Roxbury Road when it left the road, striking a tree.

Authorities said the driver and sole occupant, identified as a man, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Dorsey Mill Road from Roxbury Road to Old Mill Road was temporarily closed for about three hours, police said.

At this time, the victim’s identity is unknown.

The investigation is ongoing.
