Juvenile arrested at AFRAM Festival for carrying firearm, Baltimore Police say

A 17-year-old was arrested for carrying a firearm at the AFRAM Festival Saturday afternoon, Baltimore Police said.

On June 20 around 4:30 p.m., an officer on foot patrol at the festival, held at Druid Hill Park, saw a teenage boy whose behavior led officers to believe he may have been carrying a weapon, according to authorities.

The officer notified other officers and the 17-year-old boy was arrested taken into custody without incident.
