CHEVERLY, Md. (7News) — A man is accused of stabbing his mother to death inside a Cheverly, Maryland, home on Tuesday morning, according to the town officials.

Officials said the 54-year-old man was arrested after police were called to a domestic dispute on the 6200 block of Monroe Street at around 9:30 a.m.
An 85-year-old woman was found suffering from stab wounds and was pronounced dead after EMS crews attempted lifesaving measures.
