ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WBFF) — Ten years after a Baltimore man’s death in Annapolis, the FBI is still searching for the killer.
Offering a reward of up to $20,000, the FBI’s most-wanted list is asking the public to submit any information on the death of 25-year-old Charles Edward Carroll Jr.
On the evening of July 28, 2016, the Annapolis Police Department responded to the 900 block of Royal Street after reports of shots fired and a vehicle crash, according to the FBI’s website.
Carroll was found shot inside a vehicle that crashed into a residential area and later pronounced dead at Anne Arundel Medical Center.
