BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. (WBFF) — The Joppa Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company and several other agencies are working on a water rescue in the Gunpowder River.
On July 4, a boat with several people on board was taking on water, authorities confirmed around 8:20 p.m.
Units are operating at the Mariner Point Park boat ramps in Joppatowne.
